A robust credenza built to hold a very high end stereo system weighing over 1000 lbs. The entire credenza had to sit completely level on spiked feet, and each of the four main components had to sit on trays that were spiked into inserts in the cabinet.
The spikes and inserts needed to be perfectly located to ensure the decoupling of the various structures, eliminating vibrations from passing between them, thus affecting sound quality.
A back panel opening was cut out to allow cables to pass through to the hidden power regenerator and custom cable blades were mounted to the back to manage the 1” thick cables. No expense was spared in order to produce a piece worthy of holding such an advanced system.
